Philly Table is Eric’s giving-back to that community, by working to bring business back to pre-pandemic levels. Beginning with coverage of downtown Philly’s profound and diverse food ecosystem, Eric’s podcast will spiral out its interests into local craft brewers, wineries, agriculture and farming, even workplace safety, equity and inclusiveness.
Restaurant scenes have traditionally supported their creative communities with jobs, and as a critically-acclaimed composer and writer, Eric has a deep appreciation for that synergy.
